We are exclusively a telehealth clinic, which means you don't have to leave the comfort of your home to meet and discuss your progress. Initially we will check in weekly, then as you reach a stable dose we can meet monthly. I am also available by text for any questions or issues. All of these visits are included in your monthly fee.
No need to come in for appointments to get your medication. If you live locally you will also have the option of picking up the medication at the pharmacy yourself.
With clinical and personal experience I have a unique ability to determine which dose will work best and when it's time to titrate up or down.
Detailed instruction on how to draw up the correct dose and give the injections. Don't worry! I'll make sure you know what to do.
You will learn clinical recommendations to prevent nausea, and other gastrointestinal effects. Prescriptions can be provided if necessary.
Yes, the medications alone should help you lose weight, but I can help you eat smart so you feel well and lose weight. Building muscle will increase your metabolism and help you keep weight off long term.
You will be responsible for purchase of syringes, alcohol wipes, and sharps containers. These are all inexpensive and can be purchased with an HSA or FSA card. Follow the links for direction on what type to buy.
You are responsible for the cost of the cost of any prescription or over the counter medications to treat side effects. These will be relatively inexpensive and you can pay for these with an HSA or FSA card.
In the unlikely event that you have a serious side effect, please call 911, go to an ER, or an Urgent Care ASAP. The cost for these visits will be your responsibility. Please let me know what problems you are having, but make sure in these types of situations to seek appropriate care first.
I will not be considered your primary care provider. If you need health care beyond weight loss you should see your regular provider or establish care with a provider. If you have certain health care problems I will inform your provider that I am involved in your care and give them information about the medication we have added.
