Alcohol Wipes

Any basic alcohol wipe will work. You can find these at your local pharmacy, or on Amazon for not much money.

Sharps Container

Don't recap your needles!

After you give your shot there is a tendency to want to cover the needle by putting the cap back on. However, you are likely to accidentally poke your self by doing this. Instead, place the needle directly in a sharps container or other safe container.

These can be purchased from Amazon or your local pharmacy and they are fairly inexpensive. Here are some options:

Small Sharps Container   Larger Sharps Container

OR you can head to the dollar store and pick up a small hard plastic detergent bottle, rinse it out, and use it as your sharps container. Just make sure to label it with the word 'Sharps,' place out of reach of children, and close between uses. When ready to discard it  tightly secure the lid with strong tape and make sure you DO NOT RECYCLE IT.
